When we first switched over here, I really liked this place but we have just had multiple bad experiences. I think Dr. Tyler is a great doctor. However, we have had to wait for over two hours in the office for a routine eye exam. Recently we had a situation where we had an appointment scheduled in a month, but my daughter unfortunately ripped a contact lens prior to the appointment and her prescription was expired and they could not think of any possible way to help us. I have been going to Southridge ophthalmology for a couple of years and have had trouble making appointments that fit with my schedule. I had an appointment cancelled by the clinic then made a new one and they scheduled me at the wrong time! Now I can’t get in for an eye exam! Scheduling at this clinic is super frustrating! Also, they charged me for a contacts, which I paid, then billed my insurance for it! It took me an entire year to get it off my insurance.
