“Pretty great experience. We went in and told them we needed 2 ties and 2 suits. They were very kind and were able to answer all of our questions. When we picked it up it was very easy and nice. My suit was brand new again. I had teriyaki sauce spilled all over my suit and tie, and it came out looking quite superb. Anyone can rest assured that their clothing they take to be dry cleaned here will be treated with care and able to be nice and clean. “Do not send your wedding dress to this dry cleaner. It was expensive, and I'm not even sure what I paid for. The inner layers of my dress were dirty. It seems like they didn't even try to clean those layers at all. There was still dirt on the hem and patches of stains within the inner layer. There was also hair on my dress. Super disappointed.

Update: I returned the dress, and it was redone. This time, it came out clean with the dirt and stains removed. Happy they fixed it. So if you use this dry cleaner, check the dress before you leave the store.“

“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“

“I have used Village Cleaners off and on for the last 10 years. They are very professional and their dry cleaning results are impeccable.
Recently I decided to take advantage of their free pickup and drop off service.
Unfortunately there was miscommunication to the dry cleaning plant as to the return date of my order. As a result, my wife's Sunday dress was clean - but locked away at their plant which is closed on the weekends. We had a special event planned on Sunday and my wife had purchased a new dress for the event.
On her day off, Pam, the Village Cleaner's Draper manager, went to the plant, retrieved our dry cleaning and rescued me so that my wife had her dress for Sunday.
In addition to their excellent dry cleaning, their care of their customers is outstanding!
