Bennett did an excellent job on our carpets! Very informative, great customer service skills & finished in a super timely manner even with a few minor machinery issues. He was communicative & kept me in the loop throughout the process. Got all the previous tenants’ pet urine smells out - & I had my doubts. Would totally recommend!
