Jake worked to help my leg muscles get stronger. My recovery from surgery was quicker. With his help with recovering. Next I developed neck pain. He taught me exercises I can do at home. Which have been extremely helpful. I am having the other knee done next month. He will be the one I go to for therapy.“

For the first time, I'm feeling not just less pain but also more control; I feel like I actually have the tools to keep myself strong and in control of my pain. Bonus, the employees are a bunch of adorable, funny geeks who are just freaking delightful to hang out with.“

Dr. Bowden took the time to fully assess his issues and we found he had a bulged disc. He started to treat the actual problem and we’re so grateful!“

772 E 700 S, Clearfield“I dont even know where to start. I herniated my L4 and L5 in July of 2024. I hurt for 15 months before surgery was finally my last option. I had a microdiscectomy on my L4, L5 on October 31st 2025. 3 months post op, I was still hurting, but now from the surgery itself. My Surgeon recommended that I go to Physical Therapy.
I started going to Back at Work, 3 times a week. After several weeks, I felt I was getting worse, and not better. I just finally accepted that this constant pain was going to be my new normal, and practically gave up all hope of getting better.
My Physical Therapist, Tara, did not give up on me. During one of my treatments, she discovered something with my back that my own Dr's had missed.
I had a big knot on the lower left side of my back, where my muscles were all drawn up. Tara took her massage gun and went to work treating that knot. At first, it hurt like hell, and then like magic, my pain in my lower back almost completely went away. In just that one treatment, I had less pain than I had in over 18 months.
As my treatments continued, Tara continued to work on that area of my back, visit after visit.
I gave up on myself, but Tara never stopped believing in me.
Today was my last treatment. I went from limping into my appointments to walking normal out the door today..
I will FOREVER be grateful for Tara and Back at Work. Theres no doubt in my mind, that if it wasnt for Tara, I would still be hurting today. She gave me the knowledge, and the training that I can take with me and continue to do my exercises at home. So Tara, if you ever see this.... THANK YOU!!
And I cant complete my review without mentioning Emily who runs the front desk. Emily took care of all the paperwork, all the phone calls, emails, and so so much more, and kept me updated. In my opinion, she is the heart of Back to Work. But mostly, Emily is just a great human being. So Emily, if you ever see this... THANK YOU!
So in conclusion, if you are ever in need of physical therapy, go see Tara and Emily at Back to Work. You owe it to yourself, to your body, and your well being to go somewhere that TRULY CARES about you and your well being.“

You really can’t go wrong here with the masseuses that I have tried, however, my neck and shoulders are stage five tense, and it’s amazing how good I feel and how relaxed I feel by the time I leave there! Even if I go there, super tensed and super alert, I get relaxed into submission!“

My wife came to them as her healing journey was at a bit of a standstill and we were worried she wasn't improving much lately. The Atlas Team showed a lot of concern and compassion for her problems and each sprung into action helping her from their own angle of expertise. The end result was that she experienced a great increase in holistic health (structurally, nutritionally, etc.), and we feel we made friends with all of them in the process. Very grateful for all of them and the devoted service they have given my wife.“

471 Heritage Park Blvd STE 3, Layton“I found Dr Johnson through a coworker of mine and he has changed mine and my husband’s lives! I was never a true believer in chiropractic work because I had always been to the same basic back and neck popping routine that cost me an arm and leg and they wanted to get me on a payment plan schedule. Dr Johnson is not one of those Chiropractor’s. You aren’t just another face when you walk into his office. I never knew that my elbows and knees were always out of place until I went to him for the first time. He has also substantially helped my husband with his bad ankles. With him being an extremities specialist his level of knowledge is astounding and he is willing to always help. I would recommend 50 stars if I could. He is our Chiropractor for life! Thanks Dr Johnson!“
