I dont even know where to start. I herniated my L4 and L5 in July of 2024. I hurt for 15 months before surgery was finally my last option. I had a microdiscectomy on my L4, L5 on October 31st 2025. 3 months post op, I was still hurting, but now from the surgery itself. My Surgeon recommended that I go to Physical Therapy.
I started going to Back at Work, 3 times a week. After several weeks, I felt I was getting worse, and not better. I just finally accepted that this constant pain was going to be my new normal, and practically gave up all hope of getting better.

My 92 year old mother really likes the treatment she has recently been getting there. Very gentle for her.
