My whirlpool cabrio washer, which is only 8 years old, started throwing a code so I called iFix, LLC. Arrived next day, on time and even gave me a call ahead of time so I could put my dogs away. Brian was AWESOME! Ran system check and determined the problem in 5 minutes. Unfortunately he had to order the part needed and returned 7 days later with the part. He was here maybe 15 minutes and my washer was up and running.
Brian was friendly, funny and even liked my old rock music!
Highly recommend this company! Honest, Fast and Professional! I'd give 20 stars if possible ✨
My warranty company had ifix come to check out my broken dishwasher. They came out ordered parts, ordered parts came back installed them and the dishwasher still was not functioning. There was some miss communication and some frustration. They came back several times to no avail. The owner Johnathan actually came out. At later hours just to try and get it fixed. He ended up getting the warranty company to replace the unit. At the time his company is done with the work. But he followed up and offered to install the new unit for free.
