Hi ? will see how the actual repair goes, hopefully well. Oh Happy Halloween! I called them this morning because no one called me to tell me an approximate time. The answer I received was, oh I know he had a Halloween costume thing for his kids this morning '! Did it ever occur to him( whomever he is) that I might be sitting around waiting for a repair man while I miss my kids costume thing?! Well, as luck would have it in general women are the ones that get to sit around waiting for a call, while they miss there small children's Halloween parade and cuteness that can never be recovered! Oh well. I guess I'll wait.Great repair! Quick and honest

Wow these guys are awesome! Jon came to fix our dishwasher and ended up teaching me about some of our other new appliances and how to make them last. We will be calling them again for sure! Great for high-end appliances and so knowledgeable, I was amazed at the level of detail he could share about multiple brands and multiple types of appliances.

I had issues with my washing machine. I switched settings and it didn’t start up. I called Jonathan at iFix and he walked me through restarting my washing machine very quickly! I am beyond pleased with Jonathan! I will be recommending him to those that are in need!Thank you ?
