Buckway's Flooring & Design, formerly known as Americarpets of Riverdale, has moved locations with the same great service under a new name and new store front. It is a premier floor cover destination for everything from carpet to hard surface flooring options. From purchase to installation everything was flawless, with patient staff to help pick the carpet. Everyone from sales to installers was awesome. The company did an incredible job throughout the home, with installers who showed up early and stayed past business hours. They have installed flooring for flips and clients' homes, doing an amazing job with attention to detail. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish, with a knowledgeable, patient, and helpful sales rep and an installation team that was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The finished flooring looks absolutely beautiful. The prompt work is appreciated, and the company comes highly recommended for quality flooring and exceptional customer service.
Buckways did all my carpet throughout the whole house. It took 2 full days and the crew was very detailed and didn't complain or make lots of noise. They didn't throw tools around or cause any damage, like I've had years ago with another company. They were very professional the whole time. They are hard workers and they had a team of 3 men each day and they work well with one another. I also was very thankful for the help with picking out the carpet. They let you take the samples home and test them out and they don't pressure you to return them right away. It gives you time to find what you really want.
From purchase to installation everything was flawless! Also very patient with my wife to pick the carpet that she wanted. Everyone we worked with from sales to installers were awesome! Thanks Buckways!
Buckways Flooring did an incredible job throughout our home. I would highly recommend them and give them a 10/10. The installers were in our home for an entire week, and they were amazing.
