Loved getting my eye health checked. Office staff were kind and knowledgeable. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses gave me some tips for magnetic sunglasses that click on. It was a wonderful trip to the optometrist.

My husband and I had eye appointments on Friday December 8th, 2023. We met with Dr. Graf after his excellent staff put us through our paces getting us ready for Dr. Graf to give us results. It bears mentioning that his staff is top notch. Customer service is one of those things that we see dying rapidly these days. My husband and I were greeted with smiles, and the new patient paperwork we needed to fill out already had our names, dates of birth, address on them. Scanning a QR code with my phone I was able to log into an APP with just a few short additional questions. Dr. Graf did the usual eye check and showed me up close pictures of cataracts I have (I knew I had them) and also the back of eye and diagnosed my eye health. Following up with my husband he got the same great attention I received. We weren't even home before Dr. Graf's staff called us to tell us my husband has two appointments in January, 2024 for consultations for cataract surgery. I work as a social worker full time and I am often shocked by the less than thoughtful, kind or patient people we deal with on a daily basis. This clinic gets an A+ from us.
