I cannot say enough good things about Springer Turner in Richfield. There are limited choices in this area and I know I chose the right one. They expressed so much patience, kindness, and compassion to me and my family. While speaking with Kate, I knew I was making the right decision in switching funeral homes. I was nearly shocked by the unprofessionalism I was treated by from the other funeral home while I was in extreme grief. Kate, Michael, and Bruce went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the most beautiful service we could have planned for him. I am forever grateful to Springer Turner for going above and beyond for us.

Michael was so kind and patient with my mother during the pre-planning process. And later, after she had passed, the patience and compassion shown to our family was incredible. Everything from the casket and flowers to the care of our mom went above and beyond our expectations. Bruce and Michael of Springer Turner Funeral Home are the best at what they do. I have now had memorials for both of my parents with their help and guidance. They make a very difficult and emotional time easier and special. Highly recommend them should you ever need their services. Their hearse is pretty amazing too!
