Was on a fire assignment. ICP was in a nasty dust bowl. Started acting all kinds of twitchy. Brought it in, they did a deep clean and diagnostics, had it ready next morning. Didn't even want to charge me.
Legit, old school computer repair. Judging by the vintage components they have stashed in there, probably nothing they couldn't take a crack at.
I was looking to upgrade my 6yr+ old desk top and decided to buy new after 30 minutes of time spent with Ralph as he answered all my questions. He came to my home next day as scheduled to set up the computer. He backed-up my old computer on an external drive and walked me thru all my questions I had on the new system as he set it up.
