“Rebranding can be a scary process full of uncertainty, but Bethany and her team from BRJ made this process a breeze! She helped our team through our entire rebrand and was very professional and adapted quickly to our needs. It's not typical to have an entire company involved in the rebranding decision, but for our team, we wanted everyone to have their voice heard. We compiled name ideas from everyone and presented them to BRJ and they took our ideas and created something that fit us perfectly based on the ideas and needs we provided them. Having so many voices and opinions involved in decisions like these is not an easy process, but the team led by Bethany made it very enjoyable. When our team had questions, changes, or needed more direction they were super quick to step up and go over things with us allowing us to work in a way that made the most sense for our firm. Bethany went the extra mile to make our visions come to life and make us feel comfortable during this rebrand process. She listened to every single one of our ideas and concerns no matter how crazy they were, and helped us work through them to see what would fit our needs the best. If we ever threw an idea her way that wasn't going to work or would throw us off the path we were trying to go in, she wouldn't ignore it. Instead, she would walk us through it and educate us on why that wouldn't align with our brand goals and suggest something similar. She made even the most skeptical of our team members feel confident during this process. As part of our branding package we also had headshots taken by Stephen and Andrew. They were extremely professional and made sure that the 100+ people who had their photo taken were comfortable. We had some team members who typically hate to get their photos taken by anyone but Stephen and Andrew made this process painless even for them. A few of our team members who went in not wanting their photos taken even ended up asking them to get more photos taken because they were genuinely having fun with it. The edited photos turned out so amazing, but even photos straight out of camera looked great. When getting our photos taken they would let us see them in real time on a TV so we could decide of we liked them and for those who didn't like how they looked in the first shots Andrew and Stephen would continue to take more until the team member felt happy with how they looked. We had some people who had come in with tan lines, new break outs, or flare ups on their face the day of the photos and were hesitant about taking headshots, but Stephen and Andrew were able to edit these photos to make them look like their usual selves. Everyone was commenting on how great this process was, and that was all thanks to the professionalism and adaptability of the BRJ team.“

“I learned about Bluehost as a website hosting service in some of the email newsletters I get. When I was looking to get my professional site hosted I checked them out. They have been pretty good with their support. I had learned years before how to write HTML code for sites that I had. Bluehost, and other hosting services I presume, like to push WordPress for their customer’s sites. I got confused using WordPress and then was told by one of the Bluehost support reps how to use my HTML files for my site. That’s what I do. WordPress may be fine for others but not for what I’m doing right now. Also, you can call Bluehost support 24/7 but the only hitch is they insist on sending you a text or email with a code to ‘verify’ you. It’s a little hassle but check out their services.“
