Very knowledgable about what the problem was with a leaking water heater and worn out plumbing. It was like having a plumbing surgeon in my home. Very timely in getting it fixed and working with me. I felt like I was in good expert hands and not just being hyped oversold by some novice. The installer could fully answer any questions about possible options.
The only suggestion I would have, is access to detailed estimates and receipts, warranties, by having them emailed to me, not just flashed on an iPad or attached to the in-situ product.
