“Boss is easy to make an appointment with. The turnaround is quick and they do a good job with the carpets. I don’t like the gas and waste water removal fee fees tacked on. I also don’t like that they tell you a certain price for a room, And then the cleaners changed the price based on the size of rooms . I have used them several times for Apartments. The rooms are not big and some are very small, which should even out any differences in a room being a little bigger. I also had requested a discount beforehand because we had just had another apartment cleaned a week and a half before and have used them several times in the past. They wouldn’t give it to me. But then after I had these carpets cleaned, they emailed a discount on the next one. But it expires before I will probably be able to use it. As we cannot know when tenants will move in and out. Overall, good service but a few business things I wished they’d change.”
