Salesman (Zach), both courteous and professional in promoting the product. Both technicians Jansen S and Bryso K were also courteous, respectful and professional. I was kept appraised of what they were doing and felt confident of the job they were doing, feeling secure that we would not have future pest problems. Both technicians worked fast and appeared to be thorough. We are very pleased with the service.
