This was my first time using White Knight, and I had a great experience! Hans was the technician who came out to spray my house, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the process and the different types of spiders around my house. I really appreciated his communication and the knowledge he shared. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend White Knight, especially Hans!
The workers are extremely professional and kind my biggest issue with this company is the company itself there are hidden fees and outrageous cancellation fees and there customer service was shotty I’m on a every three month service and I have to constantly call them back for resprays because there position works as a one hit wonder the best thing about there company is there workers that come out an spray are kind professional and understanding other then that once my contract is up I’ll never use them again and my five star rating goes straight to the workers and not the company itself
Drew did fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all the questions I had. He was also very personable and easy to get along with. I dont know qboyt the product yet since it was just the first application, but i will post an update when I see the results.
