“Josh was dispatched to my place of employment and went above and beyond his job description to find out why we are not getting airflow into our part of the building. His job description is to detect any electrical issues but he still wasn’t satisfied that the ladies in our building had no airflow and it was very hot in there. He would not leave until he found the problem he found the problem gave us a temporary solution airflow started to come through and the temperature was getting down to 72 for us.
