Restore Wizards were a lifesaver! Woke up to water damage Our basement bedroom and they were here promptly and were efficient in analyzing the damage and the potential root of the cause. They were mindful of timeliness and budget as we are still assessing what may be claimed or not. Highly recommend the crew to anyone in need!
We had a flood in my upstairs bathroom that destroyed the bathroom floor and the bedroom floor with at least 2 inches of water in the basement. We had been gone all day and came home to water spraying out of the toilet hose. I called Restore Wizard immediately. Even though it was evening, they came over and started work. We first stopped the spray. And then they went to the basement and drained all the water which took a day. And they had dryers set up for three days to dry out the basement. The next day they came and started repairing everything. They are very professional. They are very detail oriented. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the people who performed the job. They sealed all around the wall boards so that if we have another water issue, it won’t go any further than the seal. The value added to my home is great. The floor is so pretty.
