Ethan was amazing. He communicated well, letting me know when he was arriving and when he was departing. He did a great job was able to get up stains that we didn’t think would come up. The carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend this company.
Our carpet guy showed up right on time and was finished within an hour. He was very polite and did a great job. Thank you, Zerorez for my clean carpets! Can't wait to walk on them when they dry. 😁
They did a phenomenal job!! I’ve used a couple of the bigger competitor carpet cleaning companies before, and this company absolutely knocked them out of the park! My technician was awesome! super friendly, professional, and did such an amazing job. My carpets look fantastic! I’ll definitely be using them again!
