Just got a quick tire check, it’s nice that they’re free. Jose was very quick at getting me into the bay, and he was so kind! Travis was quick at setting my tire pressure by himself while everyone else was busy, and he gave me clear hand signals when guiding me in and out of the bay!
We have been here several times and every experience has been fantastic. The oil change is so quick, they let you stay in your car, show your oil level, and the techs are incredibly kind and professional. No upselling, and its one of the first places we have been where they show your air filter but tell you it doesn't actually need changed.
We have also used the mechanic side, and the mechanic was the same. Proffesional, kind, explained everything, and honest. Everything he fixed we have had 0 issues with since over a year later.
Great service recorded and very fast. Although they had several customers waiting, they got me in and out quickly. They offered me additional service but they were not pushy. Very professional bunch at the PG location. Two thumbs up!!
