Ultra Steam does a great job with customer service. They answered the phone promptly, scheduled the service for the next morning, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The technicians were well groomed, polite, friendly and efficient. The carpets and tile looked very good when they were done and they do guarantee their work. I did deduct a star because they were easily the most expensive carpet cleaning service I have used. Even with a promotional discount I spent more than $100 over what I have spent in the past for the same service with other companies. We wouldn’t use ANYONE else to clean our carpets! I have in the past used pretty much every local carpet cleaner in my area, and once I used these guys my search was over. I have REALLY high standards (self professed germophobe here & clean freak) and I am telling you, they really get things clean, clean, CLEAN! They are THE BEST! No strong perfumes or fragrances, JUST CLEAN! Amazing customer service too! They always take such good care of me and bend over backwards to please. They don’t cut corners. You get what you pay for. So happy with my service every time and I have been using this company for years.
