My carpets look fantastic and my house smells a little fresher. I feel like I got a screaming deal! Rich is a professional with his own business. He knows his craft. He's fast and he's thorough. He's also personable. He communicated with me when he ran into a traffic jam. He gave me good tips for drying the carpets fast. And he gave me props for vacuuming thoroughly while reassuring me that spots are normal. I felt really great about that encounter.
Rich cleaned two floors plus stairs. He cleaned the stone in my front entry. He cleaned a chair and ottoman. And he stretched a wrinkle in my hallway!
