Would definitely recommend it was so fun. Went with my daughter and it was so relaxing and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I didn't really know what to expect and it was a cool experience. Also the staff was really nice. And it was so pretty.
Purify Wellness Center is truly incredible. I’m sure I sound like I’m exaggerating, but coming here has changed my life and brought light back into it. I come here on my lunches, and I am always greeted with a smile and friendly staff who have taken the time to learn my name. The yoga is phenomenal, and their range of classes makes it so you can tailor your practice to your specific needs/preferences. All of the teachers are so knowledgeable, and many of them have even stayed late after class to help with my specific questions. They are tremendously kind and create a grounding safe space and oasis from life (shoutout specifically to Amber; she is one in a million).... read full review
Purify Wellness Center is where I discovered sound baths!! The sound baths here are amazing and so therapeutic. Then I tried our the yoga classes, and I became hooked on yoga!! The teachers are incredible and really come prepared to help you stretch your body and soul. I also like doing the pilates classes for a more intense work out.
