Visited the Product Center while on vacay in June 2023. Love their in-person customer service, huge facility, great selection of products, order is put together and ready for pick up in minutes, and friendly staff! Next time I want to take a tour of the facility.
Doterra’s curbside pickup process is fantastic! I’ve never waited more than five minutes, and I really like the text feature. The curbside pickup is definitely faster and more convenient than picking up your order inside.
We love it here, we live North so it's about an hour drive for us and worth the drive every single time. The staff is always great. We did curbside this time which was a bit confusing but still very easy & got to talk story with Ko'Olina (we're both from Hawai'i) so got to make a new friend as well. Ko'Olina was so amazing and she made this trip out that much more worth it! Mahalo much, dōTERRA!
