This Big O Tire is great. Every time I need tires or rotation or an oil change, they seem to have a spot for me. I have been so impressed with their customer service, they don’t try to pressure you into buying expensive tires…unless that’s what you want. While most tire stores open at 8 AM, this place opens at 7 AM which is so convenient for me & my busy work schedule. Thank you Big O Tire in Pleasant Grove!

I have been to many locations but this one has by far been the best! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and helpful! The service was fast which was appreciated as I had no appointment! Definitely want to give a shout out specifically to Matt Casper at the PG location! Thank you for the 5 star services all around that make you feel like family! I will continue to come to your location & refer my family and friends!
