Jeff Southwick has established the best reputation that can be associated with a plumber. He was kind, responsive, attentive to our situation, and had reasonable rates. The representative who was assigned to our issue was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient in solving our problem. I had the root cutter attachment of a drain snake broke off and wedged in a hardened clog of sludge. This was in a drain line located in the.basement.Jeff sent Barrett with a drain camera and sheathed chain snake. I am located in the country and offered to assist Barrett as needed.We were able to locate and see the clog and attachment. Using the snake and camera in conjunction, Barrett removed the clog and was able to extract the attachment?. This saved me the cost of jack hammering the basement to expose the pipe in order to break it open to resolve the problem.
