Last August, our compressor on our six year old air conditioner unexpectedly went out. The part was under warranty, but the labor to fix it was not. We went to the large and well-known Utah company that originally installed the AC unit for us, and the bid they gave us to fix the compressor seemed ridiculous. I searched out some smaller local companies to get other bids and found Platinum Heating and Cooling. They not only gave us a bid that was half the price of their competitors, but came and fixed it in a timely manner and also did other tune ups to make sure our unit was left functioning in optimal condition. Jaden has done an excellent job helping with our system! Action was poised to deceive us into an $8k system when Jaden did the proper diagnostic work and saw the real issue. Platinum has proven to us that integrity is there.
