This clinic was incredible. Our sweet family dog had cancer and we decided to put her down. The vet tech and veterinarian were both so empathetic and kind to our sweet girl as she passed. They were professional and informative about the process making it personal to our grieving family. Very impressed with their facility and staff.
Nice staff and clean office rooms for you and your fur babies!**UPDATE**I have been taking my dogs to Payson Family Pet Hospital for nearly four years now, and I have never been disappointed or left feeling unsure of their care. Recently, my corgi ripped his toe nail pretty badly and both he and I were a mess. They didn't have any appointments that day, but the desk staff promised to call if anyone canceled and within 30 minutes, I had received that call! They took amazing care with him and gave me clear instructions for moving forward with ongoing care. I appreciated everyone's help and amazing kindness. I cannot recommend this facility more, they are amazing!
Payson Family Hospital. Took awesome care of our cat after being hit by a car on a Saturday morning. She is healing awesome. They were so kind and sweet to us and kept us informed and up to date. Thank you Payson pet hospital.
