They go above and beyond to help their clients, such as providing handwritten prescriptions for animals they don't typically treat. The clinic's staff are pleasant to work with and will walk clients through steps to care for their animals. In cases where an animal cannot be saved, the clinic's veterinarian will still make every effort to help, including making house calls in the middle of the night. Overall, Arrowhead Veterinary Clinic is highly recommended for their compassionate and dedicated care.
I have Scottish Highland cows and one of them (Fraya) got a hematoma that the doctor drained. They were super nice to our cute cow and she is now all better. They have always answered all my questions when I have them. They are great.
I have always been so pleased with Dr. Mike. He takes good care of me and my horses. I always pay to have them come out to my field to give my horses shots. They call if they’re going to be late. And they do the job efficiently, but are always present for questions. This week in particular has been a very difficult week for me and I had a minor freak out about one of my horses after they had some shots given. I called the clinic and Dr. Mike was quick to send one of the techs out to check my horse for me. They were empathetic and understanding and Dr. Mike even followed up via text with a very personable caring message about my family and the difficulty were going through....read full review
Great customer service and knowlegable staff.I Had to borrow a truck and trailer to get to the appointment and was late.. so dealing with me probably wasn't fun. They were very helpful and kind anyways.Definately recomend... Just be on time. ??
