My dog “Dumile” and I were visiting my daughter who lives in Parowan and goes to SUU. I hail from Aurora, CO and I had just spent three days tent camping in the middle of the Canyon-lands in Moab. Needless to say the dog and I both smelled of death and were grimy as all get out. I should also mention that the poor dog had spent two weeks prior, wearing a cone on his head due to his neutering. I called ahead to check on hours and the lady. I spoke to was super sweet and courteous on the phone shortly there after I took the dog in to do a self-service bath I didn’t have to bring anything with me except for the dog, which was super cool and convenient, especially if you’re traveling, the owner was the only one working at the time and she was very helpful and showing me how all the different components of the self wash worked and where everything was that I needed. Due to her caring nature, she of course, started looking over the dog and noticed that he had some matting on his ears she talked to me about issues with hematomas etc., when trying to deal with matted ears. It seemed like it was instinctive she then went and grabbed her clippers and started cleaning up his ears. After I got him all cleaned up she came over and took a look at him and then cleaned up the top of his tail, which had some matting on it. Her customer service was above and beyond. Jen is amazing with my pup! She is so patient and takes her time to make sure she is not scared! She also Looks amazing when she is finished!!
