My experience at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was AMAZING! The hospitality is unmatched and the attention to detail is superb! 💯 Special shout out to Dallin, Gonzolo, Jeff, and Ryan for their incredible service, they are simply THE BEST!!! ❣️❣️
We stayed for our 9th anniversary. The staff were incredible! So attentive and it really felt like they were really happy to have us there.
We also ate at their restaurant, and again the staff were wonderful and the food was so good! We will definitely be back!
Wow! The service here is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with friendly and kind team members. The welcome apple cider drink is a great touch to shake off some of the cold.
We had an issue with our room, and Sandra and her manager swooped in and took such good care of us, they really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
The team in the restaurant, Powder, are all wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additionally, Bruna, the hostess, was super wonderful.
