Truly a 5 star hotel! The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable, making it an excellent choice for a family ski trip. The service was amazing, and every staff member made us feel welcome. We especially loved having s'mores by the fire every night—it was such a fun and memorable touch for the whole family. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!
I had such an amazing time at a work conference here this week! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and every encounter was met with a smile, kindness, and such genuine care! The hotel and pool are amazing, with such a breathtaking view! I didn’t want to leave!

From our greeting upon arrival to our departure after a one week stay, every employee was extremely gracious and courteous. Friendly smiles and greetings all the time. The property was extremely clean and housekeeping each day did an excellent job. Although difficult to point out one exemplary employee, I would like to give a “shout out” to Dallin for his hospitality. With many 5 star property choices, we will definitely return to this Waldorf
