Love Dr. Lindstrom and the yin yoga class offered through The Shop. The sound and lighting of the studio make for a beautiful experience, and it’s a calming way to begin each week.

Entering The Shop for the first time, I immediately felt my mind calm because of the studio's warm, inviting, and spacious aesthetic. The teachers were very welcoming and their instruction was intentional spiritually and provided dynamic flow with spot on alignment cues. I'm very thankful to have visited it during our winter vaca in beautiful Park City.

Great studio. Open, inviting and very comfortable. Melanie was fantastic in leading us through the Stretch and Restore class. Very descriptive and encouraging in all the movements. Would definitely recommend to all level of Yogis.
