About Tadasana.Yoga Park City
Tadasana.Yoga Park City offers a unique and comprehensive yoga experience through their proprietary YMI (Yoga Mastery Institute) program. The studio combines meditation, movement, and mindfulness in a structured approach, enabling students to learn yoga from the ground up, starting with foundational poses and progressing through more advanced postures. The "Ribbon" levels allow students to learn at their own pace, tracking their flexibility, balance, strength, and mental health improvements over time. The studio is praised for its thoughtful and attentive instructors, like Melissa, who take the time to ensure proper form and gently correct any issues. Clients appreciate the calm, serene atmosphere and the fact that classes are not rushed, leaving them feeling rejuvenated after each session. While the class names may not always accurately represent the experience, the studio is described as beautiful and clean, making it a standout option for yoga enthusiasts in Park City.
We tried nearly all the yoga studios in Park City and this is by far the best. The Yoga Mastery class which combines stretching and meditation is exactly what we wanted. And Melissa is an incredible and thoughtful instructor who takes the time to explain and correct. If you’re looking for a place in PC this is it.
This yoga studio is wonderful and the instructor Melissa really loves teaching correct form and helps gently correct any stance that is not the right posture. I am so grateful to have found this place! I’m living about 20 minutes away but would not want to go to any other yoga studio! Jace who also teaches along with Melissa is fantastic too!
Their studio is not about rushing through poses and finishing a class in one hour. Their classes leave you feeling calm, serene and for me like I have had a great workout! Love this spot! And BTW it’s clean and beautiful!
I really wish they would name the classes a little more accurately to represent the type of yoga experience one can expect during that hour. Nearly every class is called “power flow” and sometimes it’s neither powerful nor with any actual flow to speak of. It is a beautiful studio.
