What an awesome class! We did a private class while on a bachelorette nearby and it was a ball. Some gals in our group were advanced and some were beginner and Marnie, our instructor, accommodated all levels. It was fun while being challenging and we loved it. Highly recommend!!!! Marnie was a doll. Try out Salt!

I have time and again more than enjoyed classes from all the teachers at Salt. I am super grateful for the addition of the 7am Thursday class with Lucy. While she just completed her training, the class challenged me in new ways and had the level of clarity and intensity I have come to expect from the teachers here!!! I LOVE this studio!

Moved to PC from San Francisco in 2020. I have been to several studios and this one is amazing. From the teachers, equipment, and design. The teachers all have different styles and they're superb. I feel very lucky to practice here. I even got my husband into it!
