SSIR Property Management manages 2 condos that we own. They do a great job of screening renters, maintaining the property/responding to renter concerns, and communication. Most of all, I trust them with the honest and proper collection of rent and disbursement to us.

The team at Summit Sotheby's provide excellent guidance on the market, both in terms of rental value and property upkeep. Tenants are thoroughly vetted for creditworthiness. They maintain a list of contractors who provide great value for money and quality work. Fantastic service - I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I’ve been using Summit Sotheby’s for the past 2 years on handling my rental house in Park City. They have been great. From the website, quick response on emails and calls to working with me for those times I wanted to handle an issue myself. Being a first time landlord, it took me about a year to get used to others handling issues that came up at the house. They have been great and now I don’t even thing about the house knowing it’s being taken care of. As a rental house, small things will come up, but their track record has been great. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.
