Liza is both personable and professional. We enjoyed working with her throughout a complicated year-long easement negotiation for a "dream spot" vacant lot. She had tremendous patience, perseverance, and was always looking out for our best interest, including getting the seller to agree to a considerable price reduction and multiple closing extensions. I hope we have the opportunity to build on the lot we purchased, and work with Liza again to sell our current home!
