The amenities are great, especially after a day of skiing. I recommend the massaeur, Oki S. if you need a deep tissue massage. He created a very relaxing and soothing 50 minute experience. Highly recommend!
Westgate Resort has improved in every metric over the last year. I've visited many of the top-rated spas in Park City, and Serenity Spa is my personal favorite. The facility is modern and tasteful in design and ambiance. From my experience, all the staff and service providers are excellent. If you're looking for esthetic services, Ashley is an amazing service provider. For those looking to book a massage treatment, I'd highly recommend Joshua as a therapist.
John was amazing. He knows what he is doing and his touch is magical. Solid pressure, gentle twist and perfect interaction. I felt such a relief on my shoulder knot. 10/10. Great experience!
