I’ve been seeing Jeff for years for his one-of-a-kind wizardry at injury/sports-related bodywork, so naturally when I became pregnant, I knew he would be the person to help alleviate the symptoms that entails. He is incredibly knowledgeable and effective at identifying the source of your individual issues - for me, it involved lots of specialized, deep work on my neck, shoulder, and brachial plexus, which no one else was able to address. Jeff has done miracles fixing my back/neck/shoulder after a grade 3 AC joint separation from a mountain biking accident. 3 weeks later and I have full range of motion back and no pain. I would recommend Jeff for any massage work. He takes the time to focus on the needed areas and work the problems free.

I have had chronic back pain for years. After trying everything including chiropractic, deep tissue massage, spinal injections, my pain Dr., Andy Talbott (also a great resource) pointed me to Jeff. After a two week intensive program with Jeff and two other practitioners he recommended, i experiences the beat pain relief I have had in years. I am now well beyond that first two weeks and feel great. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone experiencing chronic pain.
