I have had multiple amazing experiences at Pinebrook with all my pets. All the employees are very knowledgeable and caring from the doctors to the front desk staff!! They really make you and your pet feel like family!
My cat and I felt very much welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. We didn’t have to wait long before the kind vet tech Grace and Dr Hagan came in to assess Pinot, and give him lots of love. A special shoutout to Elliot who was able to walk me through billing and getting Pinot’s vaccination records from the Humane Society. While they do not do day-boarding, they provided me with recommended locations nearby which was greatly appreciated.
New to Park City and was referred by a friend. From the moment I walked in with my senior dog we were greeted with welcome and Aww’s over my dog. The Veterinarian was so lovely with Poppy and understood my concerns about her wellbeing. She made myself and Poppy feel very comfortable with her care. Highly recommended!!
