I took a brand-new tuxedo jacket to Plaza Dry Cleaners to have it cleaned and pressed before my wedding. When I picked it up, there was obvious discoloration on the satin lapel that was not there before. I brought it back and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue. The owner, Craig Tassainer, contacted me directly, was professional, and accepted responsibility for the damage. He told me he would reimburse me for the cost of the jacket, so I emailed him the requested information and expected the matter to be resolved. Didn’t clean my clothes, even a second time they came out with the same water marks. They weren’t even badly stained but my clothes smelled like Bo even after going through their cleaners twice. Don’t use this place.

I’ve used Plaza Dry Cleaners (aka Park City Dry Cleaning) for several years. Didn’t mind so much that they were expensive, but lately there have been far too many “re-do’s” and the straw that broke the camel’s back was when they started adding a “Tariff fee” to each bill, and you may know there are several bills in each order. I had two very pleasant conversations with the clerk about tariffs, how that’s not how they work and in any event I asked for the fees to be removed.
