Moran Eye Center at Redstone Health Center

I went to the optical shop to get my glasses adjusted and repaired. A screw came out and the lens fell out. Threads were also stripped on the glasses. A very nice gentleman with a beard helped and did an excellent repair. Thanks!

Thanks to Jana and Sonny for fixing the glasses that I accidentally sat on. They were more than willing to help out a traveler who would have had a hard time getting around without glasses.

Yesterday a temple/arm of my sunglasses broke off on my Silhouette styled Maui Jim sunglasses. I’ve had these sunglasses for 15 years and they are my favorites! So today I stopped by the Moran Eye center for the first time ever, as I researched and saw they carry Silhouette glasses (I had forgotten mine are actually Maui Jim’s). I walked in thinking I would just need to buy all new sunglasses (as I’ve known for a while that my sunglasses are no longer available) , so showed the staff my broken glasses thinking they would direct me to the closest looking sunglasses.
