The manager Emily, I believe…. Is the worst with working with clients and problem solving. We were running late due to an accident through The canyon And she did nothing to try to come over a solution and help out other than we just losing our money. If we were 15 min late we lose everything and had to do a 100% cancellation fee. I would not recommend coming here till she is gone.
Worse company ever. Tricks you into buying a package and then there is no availability. If you do get an appointment, you can't cancel online and have to call and wait for hours to get simple answer. AVOID AVOID AVOID. (PS. I never write reviews but felt it necessary to share how horrible this place is) NEGATIVE 5 STARS!
Absolutely appalling how they lure you into a membership, making you believe you can have a monthly session. However, appointments are near impossible to get on a regular basis. My wife and I both had memberships, but the ability to have a massage on a regular basis is impossible. They have needed more therapists for well over a year, but fail to fill staff openings.
