This was my first visit with Taylor, who is a fabulous artist! I’ve been looking for someone who’s confident with a razor and has skill and vision with coloring and I’ve finally found the one! Taylor loves her craft, is well rounded in her skills and was great at connecting with me. She was empathetic since this was a redo from someone else…but she helped me to not stay in a place of disappointment. The redo involved work on the manager’s part, both in terms of rescheduling with the right person (yay Taylor!) and making sure I didn’t pay for subpar services. Friendly front desk staff, I barely went to sit down in the waiting area and my stylist was ready for me. I went to get a trim and bangs. My stylist listened to my preferences and viewed my reference photos diligently. She mentioned that she’d bring over another stylist for my bangs - which I appreciated tremendously. My ask for bangs was hard when you have curly hair, it’s an intimidating request especially when my hair is so long. They did great with them! And my stylist did a great job start finish - the wash, the condition, the dry, the style. She took her time to get me looking great to walk out. Annika was very sweet and very professional she walked me through the whole process and did an amazing job. My hair feels lighter, softer and it looks curlier. Will definitely be coming back !!!
