Came in to Jupiter Mountain Massage with VERY tight IT bands and hips. Jordan did an incredible job releasing tight areas throughout my entire body (including a psoas release)! Jordan checked-in with me throughout the massage to assess my level of comfort with pressure / touch. Grateful for her holistic and comprehensive approach. I will definitely be going back! All the massage therapists at Jupiter are great--love them all! In my recent massage with Laura, I arrived with pain in my low back and hips. She targeted my issues smartly, using great pressure, and I felt so much better afterward.
