F45 Park City is amazing! The coaches are super motivating, the workouts are always different, and the energy in the studio keeps you pushing. Best decision I’ve made for my fitness.
Love how I am feeling! It’s been almost a year of great workouts and I feel amazing. I love the energy the instructors add and being able to passport to other F45 locations has been key to consistency.
