Ken Abbott was competent, clear and confident. He serviced my Boiler System after a leak which I appreciated.
But the truck he drove said WHIPPLE Service Experts, not ALL HOURS. Shouldn’t you get the name of your business aligned with one or the other entity???
Unfortunately for me it was a costly service call.
I was very impressed with Mary C. who came to our home to inspect our boiler. She was on time (even though the roads were horrible with the winter storm). Once she was in the boiler room she knew what kind of boiler we had and started to check all of the connections. She flushed the boiler (which needs to be done once a year). When everything was completed she checked all of our thermostats, and made sure the heat was now on an working. During the time she was in my home she was polite and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with her inspection. Ken Abbott was quick, competent, extremely qualified, personable and completely state of the art techniques/procedures all of which made his whole service very proactive for our hot water base board heating, hot water boiler.

It is why our total 5,000 sf, 5 split levels house, built in '85 = all 8 systems, are completely and fully Whipple installed and serviced for the last 8 yrs, and we've been Whipple Service Club members ever since.
