Sterling has a great bunch in the store that are ready and willing to help. Knowledgeable staff like Tom, Stacy, Eli, and Jeff, or Cody will help answer questions and get you on your way to complete your project! Can’t recommend them enough…go visit their fully stocked hardware store and plumbing supply also pick up supplies for your sprinklers!

Above AND Beyond. I needed a part. I didn't know what it was called and I was having a hard time describing it. Olivia simply asked me to send her photos. After she got my email, she put me on hold to confirm they had the part. She gets back on the phone to tell me that she does not have the part (meanwhile I have a resident who's water is shut off to his apartment because of the damage) She then continues to tell me that she called other stores in the area and she found the part, she gave me the part number and she had the other store pull the part so that it would be waiting for me when I arrived. WOW WOW I have been wow'd!

Libby is a five star sales person. She was so kind and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Seriously great service.We purchased a Moen shower system and bathroom faucets. They had a beautiful selection and everything was significantly higher quality than anything at big box stores.
