Standard Plumbing Supply is a fully stocked hardware store and plumbing supply that offers exceptional customer service. Staff members, including Tom, Stacy, Eli, Jeff, and Cody, are knowledgeable and willing to help customers complete their projects. The store's staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, as demonstrated by Olivia's efforts to find a hard-to-identify part and even ordering it from another store. Libby, a five-star salesperson, provides kind, efficient, and knowledgeable service, offering a wide selection of high-quality products, including Moen shower systems and bathroom faucets.
Hands down one of the best standard experiences out there. I’m a plumber so I deal with them a lot but the professionalism of the guys at this one stands out. Especially Eli, when ever I come in to other standards the reps on the parts sides are usually pretty useless but Eli took his time to actually help me look up specs and help find me the best choice for my project.
This store is amazing! Employee chilli helped me find all what I needed and was very professional. He had a lot of knowledge on everything I was looking for. All the staff are very friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you out.
Went into to the Orem Standard to buy a water heater. I was helped by Bridger. When I first saw him come to the counter to help, I thought, “This is going to be rough because this kid looks so young he is not going to know anything”. Boy was I wrong!! Bridger has a vast amount of knowledge, he knew his stuff, plus he had an amazing, fun personality. He had just a hint of sarcasm to joke around with…..I would give, and he would dish it right back. That’s my kind of helper. It was a very positive experience……and I will be asking for Bridger when I return from now on!!
