I went to this Volkswagen dealer to have an oil change and emissions on my Tigue. One it went It went really really quite nicely. It wasn’t a whole long time. They let me know what was happening when I was waiting and about how long it would be so I really enjoyed getting my oil changed. It’s really quite nice.
My Mother passed away recently so I bought her VW but it had three key fobs but only one working key fob. I went to Parts who tried to get them working. They charged nothing for the batteries and He even walked out to my car to help troubleshoot it further before telling me that they may work if they get programmed and what that cost would be! Impressive customer service!
The man then let me know I could buy a key fob that would do remote start so I ordered that fob and other parts Service would need to add remote start to the car since it was an older car.

I have had a great experience with the service department at Ken Garff VW. Very friendly service reps that communicate well, and they even provided me with an uber to and from work. This was my first time buying a brand new car, and so far it’s been great.
