I am grateful to report that the salon owner, Tiffany, called me and acknowledged the issues with the makeup. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, and she agreed that a refund was fair. She also provided suggestions for other makeup artists with solid portfolios for my bridal makeup. I am very grateful for her dedication and understanding. I got my makeup done by Jess for our family photos, and I truly could not be happier with the result! She is so skilled and efficient, without making you feel rushed. I felt like the most beautiful, glamorous version of myself, and it gave me such confidence going into getting my picture taken!
