I had an amazing experience with Megan at Ulta! I went in looking for almost a full face of makeup for my wedding and unfortunately had to bring my young, energetic son with me. I usually wear BareMinerals, but Megan immediately stepped in to help me color-match and recreate my inspiration photo. She helped me find a new liquid foundation that I ended up loving even more after years of sticking to the same brand.

Beyond upset with this place right now. To see the hurt in my wife's eyes that she's a failure because this place can't seem to communicate. Don't ever book a birthday party with this location. Lack of communication, they don't respond. Nothing about this has been easy, but it sure is expensive for the lack of service. Confirmation messages that say 4pm, but get a call day of that the party is at 3pm. Heidi telling her team lies about the situation. I couldn't rate this low enough.

Do trust Megan with your brows. I have seen her multiple times, and every single visit I leave feeling like a new woman. Personally, I love a natural-looking brow and she nails it every time. So thank you Megan for being the best!
