Ben Rucker answered his phone on July 24, a Utah holiday and stopped my sister's tears that was non stop for the past 3 days. She was notified that the IRS had placed a levy her bank account and the balance was zero. When she finally found Ben, he said that she would have the levy on her account broken the next day. We met with him at 1000 and her money was in her account by 1400.
The problem stems from poor advice from a realtor when she sold her primary residence. Ben has finalized an amended tax return and we sent it certified. He was brilliant, meticulous, kind, and empathetic. We are some of the most fortunate people to have met him. He has my highest recommendation.

Due to my own incompetence, I had made a tremendous mistake on my taxes for 2021. I had a levy placed against my bank accounts and experienced a level of anxiety beyond belief. After 3 days of sleepless nights and solid crying, Ben’s name was given to me by my nephew with the highest recommendations. I called him on a holiday, also his daughter’s birthday, and he spent all the time I needed to get the information. I began working with Ben and his team at Rucker Tax Resolution about 2 years ago. I stumbled on some distressing news regarding taxes and fortunately learned of Ben from an associate. From the outset Mr Rucker was professional and calm; he guided me through one of the most horrific events I could have ever imagined.
